Our courier creates their run based on time and efficiency from our Gladesville store and will be delivered between 9am - 5pm. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a dedicated time slot.

If you would like to collect your flower order from our Gladesville store to ensure you have them at a particular time, please state what time you would like to pick up in your order notes.

 

Our bouquets are wet packed, they have a temporary water source. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, or the property is inaccessible, or the address provided is incorrect, the flowers will be returned to us and we will call to re-arrange delivery at the senders cost.
